Varughese George Kaithavana. is a mathematics teacher, software engineer and has worked as a management professional for many organisations in India and the United Arab Emirates

In 2014, he started JEE / NEET online preparation courses for students in grades XI and XII under the name entrancecoach.com, and in 2015, he founded ENTRANCE COACH EDUCATE, Cochin, Kerala. which has been approved by the Indian Ministry of Corporate Affairs as an Ed-Tech company.

In 2014 he started with one student for JEE coaching the student got a good score in JEE and got admission in NIT Puducherry next year further joined more students with credentials, yet we do not give any kind of advertisement for entrancecoach.com most of our students are with the recommendation of our alumni and parents but the real factor is most of our student is getting more than 90 percent in the prestigious exam JEE and NEET.

In 2023, we opened the WINFOCUS Online Training Centre in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Varughese George Kaithavana passion for teaching intersected with a real need in society for personalized, accessible and engaging education.

For more than nine years we have been in the entrance examination field and our goal is to provide high quality JEE / NEET online courses accessible to any JEE / NEET aspirant.

This mission is as valid today as it was when we opened our first JEE / NEET online tutoring center in RAK, UAE. Today, we are still very proud of the high level of our online training centres, our teachers and the numerous opportunities we offer to the young learners entrusted to us. We know that joining Winfocus online training centre is a choice - one all parents carefully weigh up and consider, and always with the best interests of their children at heart.

We have the privilege and honour to justify this decision every day in every coaching centre of our network. Our ambition is to keep "Student First" and make WINFOCUS more than just a tutoring institute, namely an institution with good reputation and purpose. For 9 years, we have been encouraging students and supporting them in their efforts to qualify for entrance exams in medical and engineering,
