Candidates are under pressure to know whether they would be admitted if they receive a decent rank in JEE-Mains or Advanced but score less than 75% in the board exam. They should focus solely on preparing for JEE-Mains and JEE-Advanced as there are many engineering institutes based on both these exams, where the board eligibility for admission is not 75%. IIIT Delhi, IIIT Hyderabad, IIIT Bangalore, LNMIT Jaipur, Thapar Patiala, Nirma Ahmedabad, JP Noida, DTU, NSIT, Dhirubhai Ambani, MIT Pune, and more colleges give admission based on JEE Main scores.
